Welcome to KeLa B’s Custom Creations! Please read these terms before placing your order 

Order Process:

All orders are custom-made based on the information you provide.

Full payment is required to begin work.

Turnaround Times:

Standard turnaround: 7–10 business days

Rush orders (under 7 days) may incur a $25+ fee, depending on order size.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once the design process has started.

Refunds are not available on digital or physical custom orders.

Revisions:

We allow up to 2 minor design edits during the proofing stage. Additional edits may incur a small fee.

Shipping / Delivery:

Local delivery is available in the Detroit area.

Shipping is offered for an additional fee.

Intellectual Property:

All designs created by KeLa B’s are original and protected. Please do not copy or reproduce our work without permission.
